♡ welcome to the serene coaching ♡
My journey into coaching began with a deeply transformative phase ignited by watching a talk by Dr. Gabor Maté and reading a book he co-authored with Dr Gordon Neufeld,
Hold on to Your Kids. The insights led me to question my parenting style, sparking a quest for a deeper emotional intelligence. I completed a 12-week Kintsugi course that delved into complex emotional themes, started therapy to uncover profound personal insights, and graduated from a Creative Development course that significantly enhanced my self-awareness. After earning my Certification in Life Coaching, I committed to sharing my knowledge to help others improve their relationships and parenting skills through increased self-awareness and self-acceptance. My passion for coaching parents of young children stems from deep love and commitment to fostering healthy, genuine relationships. I believe cultivating self-awareness and practicing authenticity enables parents to create nurturing environments where children feel valued, preparing them to grow into confident adults. Driven by the desire to improve relationships starting with ourselves and extending to our children, I am dedicated to helping parents show up as their best selves and shaping a future where love and authenticity guide our interactions and decisions.

What should I do when my values and my child's behaviour seem at odds?
At any point where this becomes the case, it's important to approach the situation with empathy and openness. Here’s how you can navigate this challenge: reflect on the conflict, communicate openly, set clear boundaries and most importantly, be a role model.
How do I handle conflicting values between myself and my Co-Parent?
This can be challenging, but with open communication and mutual respect, it's possible to find common ground. Here are some steps you can take: communicate clearly, focus on common goals, show respect & empathy, seek compromise & most importantly, stay child centred. If conflicts become too difficult to resolve on your own, consider seeking help from a professional mediator who can facilitate productive discussions and help find a balanced approach.
